Born in 1969, raised on the Baltic island of Poel, in Berlin since 1999 — and running his own practice in Berlin-Mitte since 2008.

I was born in 1969 and grew up on the beautiful Baltic island of Poel. Since 1999 I have lived and worked in Berlin.

My career began in the health food and organic sector. In 1990 my family opened a health food shop and was among the pioneers of the organic trade in East Germany. That time shaped my interest in nutrition, health and natural treatment options early on. In 1992 I completed my training as a health food and nutrition adviser with a focus on medicines at the Reformhaus academy in Oberursel.

From 2001 to 2003 I attended full-time classes at the Paracelsus school in Berlin. On 14 November 2003, after passing the official medical examination, I received my licence as a Heilpraktiker (state-licensed naturopath).

In the years that followed I gathered broad practical experience and deepened my knowledge through regular assistantships and cooperation with various medical and naturopathic practices.

In 2008 I took over the naturopathic practice in Berlin-Mitte founded by Halina Hildebrand and continued her many years of work in holistic and environmental medicine. On this valuable foundation I steadily developed the practice’s diagnostic and therapeutic range further and set my own professional priorities.

I have worked particularly intensively with cell symbiosis therapy according to Dr Heinrich Kremer, with heavy metal elimination and chelation therapy, and with holistic laboratory diagnostics and mitochondrial medicine. Since 2022 I have deepened this knowledge through further training at Medizin 3.0 under the direction of Dr rer. nat. Marco Schmidt. The focus there is on applied immunology, functional disorders, complex regulatory processes and multisystem illnesses, as well as possible connections between the immune system, metabolism, gut, nervous system and hormonal regulation.

I completed the curriculum in environmental dentistry in 2013 in Berlin with DEGUZ.

My many years of practical experience, continuous professional training and a holistic view of the person remain the foundation of my therapeutic work as a naturopath in Berlin-Mitte.

Your first point of contact at the practice — from the first call through to therapeutic care.

At our practice I work both in practice management and as a naturopath. It matters a great deal to me that our patients feel not only well looked after professionally but also personally in good hands.

My medical training and many years of professional experience form the basis of my work today. Through continuous further training I regularly broaden and deepen my knowledge. I am particularly interested in holistic connections and in different diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.

My qualifications so far include training as a certified fertility therapist and as a certified acid-base therapist. Further professional training continues to accompany my career.

The combination of organisation, medical experience and naturopathic work allows me to support our patients personally, from the first contact through to therapeutic care.
