Exhaustion & stress.

Burnt out, tired during the day, hardly recovering any more? We look at nutrients, stress hormones and cell metabolism — build-up therapies support regeneration.

Exhaustion and stress

When energy and resilience decline over a longer period, this can affect many areas of everyday life. Some people sleep badly, find it hard to concentrate or need an unusually long time to recover after exertion. The possible causes are varied and cannot be read from the complaints alone.

At our naturopathic practice in Berlin-Mitte we take time for your history and your current burden, and we look at findings you already have. Together we discuss which questions should be examined more closely and which naturopathic support suits your situation.

Possible complaints and questions

  • persistent tiredness and exhaustion
  • reduced physical or mental resilience
  • a sudden drop in performance
  • difficulty concentrating or brain fog
  • sleep disorders
  • inner restlessness
  • ongoing stress
  • burnout symptoms
  • muscle weakness
  • longer recovery times
  • suspected nutrient deficiency
  • questions about micronutrient supply
  • suspected HPU or KPU
  • questions about mitochondrial function

The symptoms listed are possible reasons to arrange a consultation. They do not establish the presence of a particular condition and are not a substitute for a medical diagnosis.

How we work

Understand first,
then treat.

Every path begins with thorough diagnostics rather than quick assumptions — leading to a plan tailored to you.

1 · Diagnostics Laboratory & hormone status

Blood values, nutrient status and the daily cortisol profile show where support is needed.

2 · Going deeper Cell metabolism

How are mitochondrial function and the capacity to regenerate?

3 · Therapy Build-up & infusions

Individually composed infusions and regulation of the cell metabolism.

The first appointment (history and examination) lasts about 60 minutes and costs 150 €. We see naturopathy as a complement to conventional medical treatment, not as a replacement. Details under Fees & reimbursement.
