Women’s and men’s health

Health changes over the course of a lifetime. Hormonal changes, stress and personal circumstances can all play a part. At our naturopathic practice in Berlin-Mitte we take time for your complaints and look at your medical history, your everyday life and any existing findings together with you.

Whether it is about cycle complaints, the menopause, an unfulfilled wish for a child or questions about men’s health: which examinations and naturopathic measures make sense is something we discuss with you individually.

Possible complaints and questions

  • PMS and complaints before menstruation
  • an irregular or absent cycle
  • painful or heavy periods
  • mood swings
  • menopausal complaints
  • an unfulfilled wish for a child
  • reduced libido
  • tiredness and lack of drive
  • changes in weight
  • changes to skin and hair
  • prostate complaints

The symptoms listed are possible reasons to arrange a consultation. They do not establish the presence of a particular condition and are not a substitute for a medical diagnosis.

How we work

Understand first,
then treat.

Every path begins with thorough diagnostics rather than quick assumptions — leading to a plan tailored to you.

1 · Diagnostics Hormone & nutrient status

Laboratory diagnostics for the hormone balance, nutrients and metabolism — for women and men at every stage of life.

2 · Regulation Hormone regulation

Naturopathic regulation, for example with cycle complaints, during the menopause or with declining vitality.

3 · Support An individual plan

Nutrition, micronutrients and suitable therapies — discreet and tailored to your situation.

The first appointment (history and examination) lasts about 60 minutes and costs 150 €. We see naturopathy as a complement to conventional medical treatment, not as a replacement. Details under Fees & reimbursement.
