Vitamin C infusion

A vitamin C infusion delivers ascorbic acid in a carrier solution through a vein, bypassing the digestive tract.

Before the first infusion

We discuss your medical history, existing conditions, medication and any available laboratory results. An infusion is not suitable if you have impaired kidney function, a tendency to develop kidney stones, or a known glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.

What to expect

Depending on its composition, the infusion takes about 20 to 60 minutes. You can sit or lie comfortably throughout. After each infusion, we discuss how it went and how well it was tolerated.

Whether and in what form this therapy may be suitable for you is something we discuss at your first appointment (about 60 minutes, 150 €). We see naturopathy as a complement to conventional medical treatment, not as a replacement. Details under Fees & reimbursement.
